Services Policy and Guidelines:  

* Gated Community Access:

If your home is in a gated community, please provide us with the entry code or notify the gatekeeper that our company is authorized for entry.

Driveway and Vehicle Management:

You do not need to be home during the service. However, please ensure all vehicles are moved from the driveway to prevent dirt from falling on them.
We cannot wash the driveway if there are vehicles present.

 

We can send photos before and after the service is completed.
We request that you inspect the service upon completion while we are still on-site. We will not return to address any issues noticed after our departure.

Service Recalculation

Before starting service, we may need to recalculate the service cost if the roof is deemed dangerous, too steep, or if we cannot safely climb or walk on it.
Recalculation may also be necessary if the area to be cleaned is larger than initially reported by Google or the client.


Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

We offer two cleaning methods: soft washing and pressure cleaning. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, allowing you to choose the best option for your needs.

Roof cleaning - Soft Washing (Chemicals)

Utilizes low-concentration sodium hypochlorite to effectively kill mold.
Not recommended for houses without gutters, as chemicals can harm plants and grass. While we take care to protect plants, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
A temporary smell may linger post-treatment, which dissipates within a few hours. We advise keeping pets indoors during the service.
Recommended for asphalt shingles, which should not be pressure cleaned due to potential damage. Soft washing typically lasts two years or more. We only clean 2-story homes with chemicals.


Pressure Cleaning (Round Brush Machine + Water)

Safe for plants and grass, as no chemicals are used.
Not recommended for roofs with broken tiles. This method does not kill mold and may require annual cleaning.
The cost is double that of soft washing due to the extended time required.
Certain roofs that are too dangerous or fragile will be cleaned using chemicals with specialized equipment to avoid climbing or walking on them.


Note: Pressure cleaning does not guarantee the removal of oil, grease, paint, sealer, or rust stains. Additional charges may apply for specific stain treatments. Chlorine and acids used in such cases can harm plants or grass, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.


Preparation for Cleaning

Please remove all furniture and items from the area to be washed. If needed, we can assist with moving items, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage or wetting that occurs because items were not removed beforehand.

 

Driveway and patio sealing 

For optimal results, we recommend waiting 48 hours after applying the driveway sealer before driving on it or placing furniture on the pavers. Additionally, please ensure that sprinklers are turned off during this period to allow the sealer to cure properly. To maintain the integrity and appearance of your sealed pavers, reapply the sealer every 1.5 years.


Terms and Conditions for Painting Services
* Color Change Policy:

If the Client is dissatisfied with the chosen paint color after the painting is completed, the Client must pay for the repainting service again.
If the Client decides to change the paint color after we purchase the paint but before the painting service begins, the Client must cover the cost of the new paint.


Paint Supply: We will provide all necessary paint for the project.

Inspection and Repainting:

Once the house has been painted, delivered, and inspected, the Paint Contractor will not return to repaint the house. Any repainting will be treated as a new service, to be scheduled and charged accordingly.


Service Continuity: We cannot stop painting to wait for another contractor to perform services.

Payment Terms:

* Down Payment Requirement: we will commence painting only after the Client has made the required 50% of down payment.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the painting on the same day.

Please note that payments made by credit card through Square will incur a 3.5% fee.

Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your pressure cleaning or roof cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to allow us time to accommodate another appointment. For painting services, please reschedule at least one week in advance.
